Mamba Cement Packing Plant
A 325-bag dust extraction plant with central vacuum system, supplied to support a new packing plant that doubled Mamba Cement's production capacity.
Mamba Cement installed a new packing plant in order to double their production capacity, and Fumex Engineering was commissioned to design a suitable dust extraction plant for the new system.
We designed and supplied a 325-bag unit complete with a 55 kW fan and all ductwork and hoods for the plant, together with six 5 m long screw conveyors. In addition to the extraction unit, we supplied and installed a 15 m² central vacuum system to clean up spillage across the plant.
